At ATC, we take care of the little things (like replacing refrigeration tubing insulation) and the big things (like checking airflow and preventing refrigeration leaks), with every installation. It doesn’t matter if we are designing and installing a multizone geothermal system for a 15,000 sq ft mansion, or simply replacing a heat pump for an apartment – no matter how big or how small the job, we sweat the details.
In fact, we are so confident in our ventilation, air conditioning, and heating system installations, that every one comes with a 3-year – nothing is excluded – parts and labor warranty. This warranty includes refrigerant and other parts commonly excluded by others! No other HVAC provider stands behind their installations like ATC!

REBATES
There are $250-400 rebates for installing efficient AC systems. There are rebates for duct sealing and for getting a tune up done. But the really good rebates are for heat pumps. For heat pumps, the rebates are $500 or $800. The difference is in the efficiency. Heat pumps with SEER2 ratings of 15 – 16.99 get $500. Those at 17 SEER2 and higher earn $800 rebates. Note too… this rebate is PER SYSTEM. So if your home has two heat pumps, you could get that $800 rebate twice for a total of $1600! There is also an $800 rebate for ductless mini splits with 17 SEER2 or better ratings.
Federal tax credits are available for highly efficient heating and cooling systems. The requirements to qualify for these tax credits can sometimes be complex. Most efficient systems can claim a credit of $2,000 while geothermal systems receive a 30% credit with no cap! ATC helps homeowners navigate the requirements and maximize their credit.
Most of the utility companies in TVA’s footprint, feature high dollar rebates for upgrading your home’s HVAC unit! (That said, AEP is not among the utilities who participate.) However, there are more than 150 participating utility companies on TVA’s website!

The big rebate is for geothermal systems at $1500!
Utility rebates are the closest thing to free money you can get.
ATC handles all the details to apply for the TVA rebates including providing TVA with details like system type, AHRI matchup number (that’s the specific qualifying system), heatload calculation, balance point calculation and more. Then… when the rebate is approved, TVA mails a check directly to the home!

Maintenance Plans
The longevity and continuing efficiency of your heating and cooling system is dependent on regular maintenance. Plus, many manufacturers will not warranty parts without regular maintenance. Given our area’s hot summers and cold winters, ATC recommends a biannual inspection of your system.
Our service maintenance plans include priority service, a biannual inspection, plus a 20% discount on any needed repairs. This is the highest service plan discount available in our area!
